The fake Chelsea Stone Island kit has apparently been created by fan account @farweeeeeezy. It then went viral in the internet.

Chelsea's Three sponsor logo on the kits is unpopular with fans
For Chelsea fans, the photoshop gave a nice impression of how a "good" sponsor could look. The gigantic Three logo is surely not a fans' favorite.
The actual Chelsea 22-23 third kit comes with a "Chelsea FC London" lettering inside the collar. All other elements are more or less the same.
Rumors suggest that Chelsea's new owners want to have a new main sponsor instead of Three.
