Ranking All Nike 21-22 Elite Third Kits
This month, Nike will officialize the 2021-22 third jerseys of their Elite teams. Before the last big releases kick off, we want to take a closer look at Nike's 2021-22 third jerseys and grade them accordingly.
In the 2021-22 season Nike has nine Elite teams after AS Roma joined New Balance before the start of this season - Atlético Madrid, Chelsea FC, FC Barcelona, Galatasaray, Inter Milan, Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain, RB Leipzig and Tottenham Hotspur.
Nike 21-22 Elite Third Shirts Tier List
In our opinion the Paris Saint-Germain 2021-2022 third shirt clearly leads the pack. This is simply down to the fact that it is innovative as Nike deliberately gives a prominent Swoosh placement a miss. Instead, it features one Swoosh on each sleeve. This one will go down in history.
Normally, Inter Milan's new 21-22 third kit would be first place in our ranking, but the atrocious new sponsor logo completely destroys the look that would have easily been the best Nike 21-22 third shirt without it.
Otherwise, it has to be said that Nike's 21-22 third kits are subpar after the brand was the leading innovative force in the football shirt space for the last few years.
The biggest failure are the Nike 2021-2022 third shirts for Atlético Madrid and Liverpool. Especially Liverpool's third shirt looks extremely clownish with its checkered collar and cuffs. Regarding Tottenham Hotspur's Nike 2021-22 third jersey: this colour combination does not work.
