Cupset: Adidas Bayern Munich 2020 'Humanrace' Kit in Action

Update: Today was finally the day. Bayern Munich played their delayed round of 32 match against German second division team Holstein Kiel. Kiel managed to upset the big favorite several times in dramatic fashion. First, they equalised in the dying seconds of regular time (2-2) thanks to a goal from Hauke Wahl in the 95th minute to send the game to extra-time. There were no goals in extra time and a winner was decided with penalties. Holstein was able to prevail and moves on to the round of 16 (8-7 after penalties). It was probably the last time Bayern Munich wears blue.

Released back in October, every team that is part of Adidas' 2020 'Humanrace' line-up already took to the field wearing their shirt of the collection technically - except for Bayern Munich. While teams like Arsenal and Manchester United only wore the new shirt during warm-up, Bayern's first team is expected to wear it in Germany's premier cup competition against Holstein Kiel.

However, Bayern Munich's women's team that has won the first 11 league games already debuted the football shirt yesterday against Eintracht Frankfurt. It is an uncommon sight for Bayern to wear blue on their home shirt nowadays since the club prohibited the use of this color.

Interestingly, Bayern received the same goalkeeper template as Real Madrid's Thibaut Courtois, this time in a green variation - simply gorgeous.
