Wolves 'Agree Kit Deal' With Castore

The Wanderers will wear Castore football shirts from next season, according to a Sportcal report.

Wolverhampton Wanderers To Sign Castore Kit Deal - Adidas Contract Ends Prematurely

The UK-based sportswear brand Castore will pay Wolves a fixed amount of 1 million GBP per season as part of a 'long-term' deal that starts with the 2021-22 campaign. Currently, Wolves are sponsored by German sportswear giant adidas for a reported amount of 3 million GBP a year.

According to Sportcal, Wolves and adidas reached an agreement to terminate their kit deal prematurely as it is supposed to expire in the summer of 2022. Considering the fact that Castore pays a far lower fixed amount, one can assume that the up-and-coming sportswear brand incorporates other incentives into the equation.

This news reaches us in a time of emergence for Castore as it is the third rumour after Newcastle United and AS Roma. With these rumoured additions, they are looking to bolster their small football portfolio consisting of Glasgow Rangers immensely.

Stay tuned for more intel about the possible agreement between Wolverhampton Wanderers and UK-based sportswear brand Castore.
