Should Other Do This As Well? Because Club Is Run By Fans AFC Wimbledon Is Carrying Over Both Kits

AFC Wimbledon has gained the praise of football fans on social media as they are carrying over both their 2018-19 home and away kits for the 2019-2020 season, using them as 2018-20 kits. However, this is not an exception but even specified by the club in their rules.

AFC Wimbledon is a club collectively created, owned and run by its fans. Their aim is to "provide the very best football club we can possibly be – for our supporters, our visitors and our community. And, as a fans-owned club, everything we do is for fans, and much of it is done by fans."

AFC Wimbledon 2018-20 Home & Away Kits

AFC Wimbledon changes both its home and away kits every two years since a few seasons. Its third kit is changed in the intervening year, subject to the kit suppliers and shirt sponsors remaining unchanged.

In fact, AFC Wimbledon's club charta does even has an own section regarding Merchandise.
