Mbappé to Receive Own Nike Collection This Year

As Cristiano Ronaldo enters the final years of his career, Nike are on the lookout for players who are suited to succeed the Portuguese superstar's immense role for the brand.

Neymar has been getting signature boots a la CR7 for the last five years and now it looks like his PSG team-mate Kylian Mbappé will receive the honors for the first time this fall.

Courtesy of our good friend la source, who's always well-informed in all things PSG, Nike will drop a Mbappé stretwear / clothing collection in November.

A Cristiano Ronaldo collection, including boots, will be released at around the same time, as it's been the case for many years now.

Unfortunately, this initial collection will not include an exclusive pair of Nike Mercurials, Mbappé's boot of choice. The young Frenchman was already chosen as just one of three players (CR7 and Samantha Kerr being the other two) to wear the 'Level Up' special-edition earlier this year, while he also promoted several other limited-editions on-pitch: GS remake, Heritage iD and the Off-white collab.

At the moment we don't have more information about the Nike x Mbappé collection, but we'll keep you updated with everything that becomes available as the release gets closer.
