Umbro Universitario 90-years Anniversary Kit Released

Umbro and Universitario of Peru unveil new special Universitario 2014 90th anniversary kit - The new Universitario 90-years anniversary Away Kit features the iconic logo used on August 30 1953, when club legend Teodoro Fernández scored three goals against Alianza Lima in the last match of his career.

Like the famous Double Diamond brand Umbro, Universitario was founded 90 years ago in 1924. Umbro already unveiled the new Universitario 2014 Home and Away Jerseys in January.

This is the new Umbro Universitario 90th Anniversary Shirt.

The new burgundy Universitario 2014 90th Anniversary Kit features a classical kit logo, which is accompanied by 26 stars representing the 26 titles won by Universitario. The golden color shows the brightness of each title won by the players and celebrated by the fans.

Umbro designed a classical cream kit collar with the inscription "90 años, 1924-2014" (90 years, 1914-2014). Below the inscription, the new Umbro Universitario 90th Anniversary Kit features the years when Universitario won the title.

The Double Diamond logo runs down the sleeves of the kit, while the Umbro 90-years anniversary logo is printed on the back of the neckline.

The new Umbro Universitario 2014 90-years Anniversary Kit is available at all Umbro Peru stores and selected retailers.
